I’m Sam Julyan, an internationally award-winning producer and creative entrepreneur working across theatre, live entertainment, IP development and the business of human attention. I love telling brilliant stories with amazing storytellers, and, understand the value of building broader infrastructure around live experiences.

My work began in commercial theatre, with projects across the West End, New York, Toronto and major UK venues. It now centres on a wider question:

What makes people engage in live collective experience?

What is the business of human attention in a digital age?

Act Two Entertainment is the home for my traditional commercial theatre and live entertainment work.

Founded with Lil Lambley, Act Two develops and produces distinctive theatre with strong artistic integrity and commercial potential, while also providing executive production, general management, consultancy and business affairs support through Act Two Entertainment Partners.

Julyan Ltd is my consultancy and catalyst company for creative businesses competing for human attention.

Through Julyan Ltd, I work with selected artists, founders, producers, rights-holders and organisations on strategy, positioning, IP development, commercial modelling and audience-facing ideas.
